Comfort Ventilation

Fresh air for your well-being – completely automatically

Your rented flat in TRIAS, in the heart of the Upper Valais, features a state-of-the-art bluMartin comfort ventilation system (freeAir model) built right in. This smart system ensures a noticeably better indoor climate around the clock, fully automatically, without you having to open the windows manually to ventilate.

The key benefits for you at a glance:

• Always fresh air: Eight built-in sensors continuously measure CO₂, temperature and humidity, and adjust the air exchange precisely to suit your daily routine.
• Save on heating costs: Thanks to highly efficient heat recovery of over 90 per cent, heat stays inside the flat in winter instead of escaping unused through the windows.
• Protection against mould and damp: The system intelligently regulates humidity within the optimal range and effectively prevents damp-related damage.
• Ideal for allergy sufferers: High-quality fine filters reliably keep pollen, fine dust and insects out.
• No noise: You can enjoy oxygen-rich air at all times, whilst traffic noise and draughts are kept out when the windows are closed.
• In everyday use, the system runs completely autonomously in the energy-efficient ‘Comfort Mode’. Simply sit back and enjoy your healthy home!
