Fair and transparent: How your service charge statement works

At the Trias rental property in Visp, we place great importance on sustainability and fairness. That is why we consistently use a consumption-based billing system. For you, this means that by saving energy, you are not only helping the environment but also directly reducing your own service charges.

Here is an overview of how the individual items are recorded and billed separately:

Heating and hot water

Billing is carried out in accordance with the statutory VHKA model (consumption-based heating and hot water cost billing). Modern meters in each flat measure your exact consumption.

Consumption costs are billed based on your personal meter readings, whilst the basic costs are allocated according to the size of the flat.

Electricity costs for the flat

Each flat has its own independent electricity meter. Your personal electricity consumption is accurately recorded directly via the ZEV metering system and invoiced to you individually.

Electric vehicle charging points (underground car park)

The electricity costs for the electric vehicle charging points are strictly separated from the general service charges. Thanks to a smart load management system, you can activate the charging station using your personal RFID card. The kilowatt-hours (kWh) consumed are charged directly and exclusively to the respective vehicle owner.
